So the title might seem quite obvious, of course every day is a new day. The sun rises again, we eat breakfast again, we go to work or school again and at the end of the day we will go to bed AGAIN.
Whats so special about that? So you get to do everything all over again – whoopie do.
But it is exciting! Every new day is exciting because every new day is a chance to get fitter, to look better, to make healthy choices and to get closer to your fitness goals.
And the best thing is that it doesn’t matter what happened yesterday. Thats all gone now. Whether you worked out or not, whether you chose to eat well or not. Thats all gone now and you get a whole new chance to try all over again.
This is how I look at my life now. This is what makes me to keep going on my weight loss motivation, to keep trying and to keep chasing my dreams and goals. I know that every day is another chance for me to be my best, to try my hardest and to feel proud of myself for doing so AND…..
……IF for some reason I slip up or I don’t move forward IT’S OK.
I don’t need to feel like i have ruined my chances of success because one sleep away there is a brand new day waiting for me, and another chance to shine.
It didn’t always used to be this way and to be honest I do have to tell myself not to get down sometimes and remind myself that tomorrow is a new day.
